Invitation to the Elsevier – Kazakhstan International Research Conference 2026
Elsevier is delighted to invite you to the Kazakhstan International Research Conference on the theme “Advancing Science in the AI Era in Kazakhstan.” The conference will take place on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, at the Rixos Hotel, Almaty, Seyfullin Avenue 506/99, Kazakhstan.
Held in Kazakhstan’s Year of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, the conference will bring together researchers, policymakers, and academic leaders to explore how AI is transforming the way science is planned, evaluated, published, and applied. Sessions will address national research priorities, the implementation of the AI Law and the Year of AI agenda in science and higher education, artificial intelligence and research integrity from the global publishing perspective, and the research landscape of Kazakhstani universities.
The programme will also feature a panel discussion on research integrity, evaluation, and impact in the AI era, bringing together university leaders and Elsevier experts.
