According to this project, there are boiler plants; mass installations of these plants are planned.
As a result of the calculations carried out on the example of two schools: Smirnov Secondary School No. 1 (Smirnovo village, liquid fuel heating system) and Kiyalinskaya Secondary School (village Kiyaly, solid fuel heating system) the economic effect of replacing existing heating systems with solid-fuel boilers for long burning (TKDG) amounted to 15 016.0 thousand tenge (1 TKDG for one heating season).
The environmental effect is observed in reducing environmental emissions by 60% in proportion to the fuel burned. So, using the example of the Kiyalinsky secondary school, when using TKDG, 251 tons of coal will be burned instead of 621 tons currently burned.
Within the framework of this project, 54 solid-fuel boilers of long burning, 4 frameless modules were installed in the North-Kazakhstan area for three years.
On this project, in September 2015, an application was sent to participate in the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 “Future Energy”, the “Sphere” Pavilion - the “Kazakhstan” exposition. According to the results of the republican contest Online EXPO-2017, organized by the Auley Coalition for the Green Economy and G-Global development, the project “Energy-Saving Solid Fuel Boilers and Boilers” was selected and entered the TOP-50 of the best projects.
An application has been submitted for the second round of the national contest Online Expo-2017. A technology has been developed to create a boiler plant housing according to the principle of frameless construction, which reduces the cost of upgrading autonomous heating systems by up to 50%.
Sapro-NAT LLP performed instrumental measurements of solid fuel boilers for long burning (test report of GESPOL LLP No. 25-01I dated 01/28/2016). It was revealed a decrease in emissions from 78 tons to 3 tons, respectively, payment of emissions is reduced from 1.5 million tenge to 9 thousand tenge. Another important component for the environmental safety of autonomous heating systems is the boiler house building, which prevents the spread of coal dust and ash, which negatively affects the health of local residents.
