The graduate of this modular educational program is awarded an academic degree "Bachelor of Science" in specialty 5В061100 "Physics and Astronomy".

Bachelors of natural sciences have the following key competencies in the field of

1) native language (Kazakh/Russian language)

• is able to express and understand concepts, thoughts, feelings, facts and opinions in the field of computer science in written and oral forms (listening, speaking, reading and writing), and interact linguistically in an appropriate and creative manner in the diversity of social and cultural contexts: while studying, at work, at home and at leisure.

2) foreign languages

• owns the basic communication skills in English: is able to understand, express and interpret concepts, thoughts, feelings, facts and opinions both in the field of informatics, both verbally and in writing (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in an appropriate range of social and cultural contexts (in education and training, at work, at home and at leisure); has the skills of mediation and intercultural understanding.

3) natural science training

• is able and ready to apply the educational potential, experience and personal qualities acquired during the study of natural science disciplines in higher education, to determine ways, to monitor and evaluate the solution of professional problems, the development of natural-science thinking.

• is able to confidently and critically use modern information technologies for work, leisure and communications, has the skills of using a computer for restoring, evaluating, storing, producing, presenting and exchanging information, for communicating and participating in collaborative networks using the Internet in the field of professional activities.
