EDUCATIONAL TOURISM IN THE NKR IN ACTION

Kozybayev University signed a cooperation agreement with the Azerbaijani company EASYDANISMANLIK, which deals with International student recruitment. Currently, the company attracts students for study from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Moldova, Malaysia, Tajikistan, African, and other countries.

Today, students from 16 countries study at Kozybayev University. The project of strategic partnership with the University of Arizona, USA, largely contributed to the internationalization of the academic process. This year, students from the USA, Mongolia, and China enrolled in joint dual-degree programs. And thanks to close cooperation with the Northwest A&F University of China, academic mobility of students and teachers is actively developing.

This semester, 29 Chinese students arrived in Petropavlovsk to study. Postgraduate studies at Kozybayev University are also becoming globalized. For example, this year, a 42-year-old citizen of South Korea enrolled in the university under the "Technology of Animal Products Production" program.

Kozybayev University intends to continue developing educational tourism in the region. For this purpose, the campus is constantly modernized: new student dormitories, an educational and laboratory building, and research centers have been opened.

"The university is ready to accept new foreign students. We are open, and on our part, we will create maximum comfortable conditions for the students. Here they will feel at home! We are ready to provide a 25% discount on living in the new dormitory," assured Chairman of the Board – Rector Yerbol Issakayev.
