Students from China started studying in Petropavlovsk

Since 2017, our university has been building strategic cooperation with the Northwest A&F University of China. During this time, 63 Chinese students have completed their studies here. In the current semester, we gladly welcomed another 16 bachelor's and 13 master's students who will study at our university for 4 months under the program "Technology of Animal Products Production".

"Kazakhstan and China are bound by strong, friendly relations. And your arrival is confirmation that our states are strategic partners. An important point of our joint work with the PRC is academic exchange and the transfer of knowledge. Not long ago, the SCO summit took place, attended by leaders of world powers, including the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. During the visit, significant agreements were signed. For Kozybayev University, an important step was the signing of an agreement with the Aiju company on the creation of a Scientific Agricultural Center. This is a great honor for us. Thus, our university is on the path of expanding cooperation with Chinese enterprises," Chairman of the Board – Rector Yerbol Issakayev told the foreign students.

In addition to lectures and practical classes at the university, they will visit agricultural enterprises in the region, complete internships, get acquainted with modern technologies for the production of animal products, and meet with agricultural producers.

We are sincerely glad to welcome students from the PRC to Kozybayev University! We are sure that their study will become an important stage on the path to new knowledge, discoveries, and joint scientific achievements!
