The final Academic Council meeting of this academic year at Kozybayev University was held in an expanded format and introduced a new approach - a team-building retreat.

The event was organized to strengthen the university’s corporate culture and create additional opportunities for professional interaction among employees. A strong team is one of the key factors behind the successful development of the university. Our staff represents the institution’s greatest intellectual asset, while effective collaboration among departments contributes to strengthening human resources, enhancing the quality of education, and successfully implementing strategic initiatives.

In the face of the modern challenges confronting higher education, unity, effective internal communication, and teamwork have become increasingly important.

During the retreat, employees from various faculties and structural divisions had the opportunity not only to discuss current issues related to the university’s activities but also to participate in intellectual, sports, and creative team-building activities aimed at fostering mutual trust, developing leadership skills, and strengthening teamwork.

The agenda included presentations and discussions on the activities of the Commercialization Office, the Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation Center, and the Marketing Office.

A special highlight of the event was the presentation of the Manash Kozybayev Medal to Gabit Musrepov, who headed the Rector’s Office, in recognition of his dedicated service and significant contribution to the university’s development.

The off-site format of the Academic Council meeting proved to be an effective platform for open professional dialogue, knowledge sharing, and strengthening team spirit - an essential foundation for the continued development of Kozybayev University.
