Med-Quiz — A Medical Blitz-Quiz!

To foster social and educational engagement, promote medical science, and spark student interest in medical research and knowledge, the "Med-Quiz" blitz-quiz was held at the Faculty of Medicine on September 29, 2026. The event was organized by two student scientific societies (SSS) within the faculty: "Medicine and Healthcare" SSS and "Pharmacy and Pharmacognosy" SSS.
Students from the "Medicine," "Dentistry," and "Pharmacy" degree programs, as well as medical interns, participated in the quiz.
Participants tested their knowledge across five categories: "About Medicine," "Notable Figures," "Medicines," "Terminology," and "What Is It?" (Image Identification).
The "Med-Quiz" successfully combined educational and game-based formats, creating an atmosphere of intellectual competition and boosting student interest in medical science. Participants actively answered questions, demonstrated their knowledge, and showed particular interest in historical facts, pharmaceutical drugs, and medical terminology.
Thus, the "Med-Quiz" blitz-quiz served as a key component of the Faculty of Medicine’s scientific outreach activities, aimed at popularizing science, encouraging student engagement, and fostering a culture of scientific curiosity.
Thank you to all participants for their enthusiasm and interest in medical science!
