Main Goals and Objectives

The main objective of the Public Procurement Department is to carry out public procurement procedures in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Procurement.”

To achieve this objective, the Public Procurement Department is responsible for the following tasks:

• developing and approving the annual public procurement plan;
• selecting suppliers and concluding public procurement contracts with them;
• monitoring the performance of concluded contracts by suppliers/contractors.
