Main Goals and Objectives

The main goal of the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation is to:

Train students and schoolchildren in programming and AI skills;
Implement applied research projects (agriculture, medicine, education, public services);
Develop and implement digital products and machine learning models;
Organize AI Demo Days, hackathons, and project seminars;
Develop partnerships with IT companies and international universities;
Participate in grant programs and create startup projects;
Improve the digital literacy of university faculty and staff in prompt engineering through awareness-raising and methodological activities.

The main areas of activity of the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation are:

Artificial Intelligence Development – participation in projects to implement modern AI solutions in the university’s educational, research, and administrative activities;
Research Activities – conducting analytical and applied research in the fields of artificial intelligence, digitalization, and process automation;
Educational Support – participation in the development of methodological and educational materials aimed at building basic digital and AI competencies;
Partner Engagement – establishing and maintaining contacts with domestic and international educational and IT organizations;
Consulting and Expert Support – providing methodological and technical recommendations to university units on the implementation of digital tools;
Information and Analytical Activities – collecting, processing, and analyzing data required for management decision-making and the development of the digital environment;
Ensuring information security and data protection;
Innovation Development – supporting initiatives aimed at the use of AI technologies in research, educational, and administrative activities.

To achieve its stated goal, the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation ensures the following objectives:

Developing the university’s digital technologies through the implementation of artificial intelligence and data analytics tools;
Creating conditions for the use of AI technologies in educational, research, and administrative activities;
Ensuring the reliable operation and continuous improvement of AI systems and services being developed;
Increasing the efficiency of the university’s internal processes through the intelligent automation of routine operations;
Promoting the development of basic artificial intelligence competencies among students and staff;
Participating in the development and adaptation of digital solutions aimed at improving the quality of management and data analysis;
Collecting and systematizing information on modern technologies and trends in the development of artificial intelligence.
