NJSC "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" announces a decision made by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder).
In accordance with the order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 748 dated October 13, 2025, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company were terminated early. A new quantitative composition of the Company's Board of Directors of 6 (six) members was determined. The term of office for the Company's Board of Directors was set at 3 (three) years from the date of signing the order.

NJSC "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" announces a decision made by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder) Order GFO No. 343 dated 9.07.2024:
- Approve the annual financial statements of the non-commercial joint-stock company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" (hereinafter - the Company) for 2024.
- The Company's net income for 2024 in the amount of 1,520,797 (one million five hundred twenty thousand seven hundred ninety-seven) thousand tenge shall remain at the disposal of the Company.
- Determine that during 2024, there were no appeals from the sole shareholder regarding the actions of the Company and its officials.
By the decision of the Board of Directors dated 20.06.2025 (Minutes No. 6), the Report on the Implementation of the Development Program (Strategic Development Plan) of NJSC "M. Kozybayev NKU" for 2024 was approved.

By order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 195 dated 18.04.2025 "On some issues of the Board of Directors of the non-commercial joint-stock company 'M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University'", changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors of the non-commercial joint-stock company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University":
- The powers of the member of the Board of Directors of the non-commercial joint-stock company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" (hereinafter - the Company), Abitbekov Aibolat Serikzhanovich, were terminated early.
- Kalkamanov Serik Karbaevich, Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company.
The term of office for Kalkamanov Serik Karbaevich is determined until the expiration of the term of office of the Board of Directors of the Company as a whole.
