Presowing treatment of seeds with activated water

Project goal: Production of activated water for pre-sowing seed treatment, increasing wheat yield.
Expected results: Increase in seed germination energy, wheat yield.
Description of the project: The project is dedicated to an innovative method of pre-sowing treatment of seeds with activated water obtained by vertical or horizontal mechanical action with an activator with special attachments. There are acts of conduct:
- laboratory and field experiments on the effect of activated water on germination (increase up to 6%), germination energy (by 15%), yield (by 4 c/ha) during pre-sowing treatment of wheat seeds in LLP "Bolshemalyshenskoe" of the Kyzylzhar region of the North Kazakhstan region (10/17/2009);
- field experiment on the effect of activated water on yield during pre-sowing treatment of wheat seeds in LLP "Astrakhanskoye" of Akkayyn district of North Kazakhstan region (12.11.2008) - the number of productive stems is 46% more than in the control field;
- tests on the effect on yield (by 1.7 c/ha) of activated water in LLP "Berezka-Agro" of the Kyzylzhar district of the North Kazakhstan region (30.10.2008).
The income from the implementation of this project for three LLPs will amount to 474 thousand tenge from 150 hectares. The expected efficiency of implementation (increase in yield) will be 4 c / ha, addition to the harvest from a field of 500 hectares - 2000 c/ha; in monetary terms - $ 48 per hectare at a grain sale price of $120 per ton.
LLP "Design Bureau of Oil and Gas Equipment" developed documentation for the manufacture of an activator for water treatment (contract No. 333 dated 25.08.2015). In 2014, the project was presented for the first time to enterprises and organizations of the city and region.
