The department «Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan» invites you to get acquainted with Zel Alexander Viktorovich, executive secretary of the Bolashak branch of the AMANAT.
Within the framework of the project «Club of Interesting People», the guest shared his vision of what constitutes citizenship, national identity and Kazakhstani patriotism. He told about the history of his family and how his ancestors ended up on the territory of Kazakhstan.
