University and Industry: From Workforce Training to Joint Development
Strong production begins with qualified professionals. And qualified specialists are trained where universities and industry work together. This approach brings Kozybayev University and the Molservice dairy plant in Beskol together.
During a working meeting, the university team, led by Chairman of the Executive Board – Rector Yerbol Issakayev, discussed new areas of cooperation with the company’s management.
Director of Molservice LLP Galibek Ramazanov gave the delegation a tour of the facility and spoke about its technological processes and future development plans.
The main priority is training specialists for future production. The plant plans to launch a new line for dairy product manufacturing. In this regard, Molservice sees the university as a strategic partner in training qualified process engineers.
The results of the cooperation are already evident: students of the Faculty of Agrotechnology are completing internships at the company, gaining hands-on experience in milk processing technologies and opportunities for future employment.
It is worth noting that Galibek Ramazanov and many of the company’s employees are graduates of Kozybayev University. They are now returning to the university as company executives and industry partners.
However, the current cooperation goes beyond workforce training. The next step is joint development: digitalization of production, implementation of IT solutions, and advancement of research and innovation.
Thus, Kozybayev University and Molservice LLP demonstrate a strong example of strategic partnership that contributes to the development of the region and the country.
