Development and creation of an experimental model of an environmentally friendly heat generating complex based on a polyfuel boiler using local fuels

Priority area: Energy and mechanical engineering

1920

Project manager: N.P. Beletskaya, Ph.D., professor

Project executors: Murko V.I., PhD., Topchenko A.V., Temirbek A.M.

Terms of execution: 2018-2020.

Amount of financing: 240,000,000 tenge.

The purpose of the project: Development and creation of an energy efficient and environmentally friendly heat generating complex operating on industrial and agricultural waste.

Expected results: The results of the project will be put into practice through the creation of an experimental prototype of an energy efficient and environmentally friendly heat generating complex (HGC).

The proposed technologies for generating thermal energy are extremely efficient and beneficial for users. On the one hand, they are inexpensive due to the small amount of fuel burned and the fact that the fuel is industrial and agricultural waste. The environmental benefits are not only low air emissions, ash and slag, but also waste disposal. The proposed technologies will find wide application not only in the North Kazakhstan region, but also beyond its borders. The consumers of heat energy will be, first of all, the social sphere of rural areas - institutions of education, health care, culture, sports, etc.

Achievement of a breakthrough in the development and implementation of innovative heating systems that are produced in Petropavlovsk. This is also possible with the introduction of the proposed technologies, which are a big step forward in conserving fuel resources and restoring the reputation of coal.

Description of the project: The presented project is relevant, as it relates to the field of heat conservation and the conservation of fuel resources, to the cleaning of territories contaminated with industrial and agricultural waste. The products obtained during the implementation of the project will undoubtedly be in demand in terms of economic and environmental indicators. The project is focused on the development and creation of innovative heat and resource-saving technologies and equipment for the generation of heat energy based on the production and combustion of environmentally friendly fuels - local energy resources and waste.

Project objectives:

−create an experimental stand for the preparation of various types of fuels from local raw materials with experiments;
−to conduct experimental research on the preparation of fuel briquettes based on local coal, coal sludge and coolant;
−to develop technological regulations for the preparation of CWF and fuel briquettes;
−develop the designs of experimental samples of equipment for the preparation and combustion of CWF and fuel briquettes: bicameral vibrating mill and polyfuel boiler;
−Prepare experimental samples of equipment and mount an experimental experimental industrial TGC;
−develop a program and methodology for testing a prototype TGC;
−conduct commissioning and commissioning of a prototype TGC;−Test the technological modes of operation of the experimental industrial model of the TGC.
