Non-profit limited company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" hereby announces the decision adopted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Sole Shareholder) under Order No. 317 dated June 26, 2026:
- To approve the annual financial statements of the Non-profit limited company "M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) for the year 2025.
- To retain the Company's net profit for 2025 in the amount of KZT 905,103,147.04 (nine hundred five million one hundred three thousand one hundred forty-seven tenge and 04 tiyn) at the disposal of the Company.
- To determine that during 2025, no appeals or complaints from the Sole Shareholder regarding the actions of the Company or its officials were received.

In accordance with Order No. 6-ж/қ of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education dated January 14, 2026, the powers of Aigul Khairtayevna Nurpeisova as Member of the Executive Board – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Non-profit limited company "Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" were extended for the period from February 13, 2026 to February 13, 2029.
