The graduate of this modular educational program is awarded an academic degree "Bachelor in Services"

Bachelors in the field of services have the following key competencies:

1) in native language

is able to express and understand concepts, thoughts, feelings, facts and opinions in the field of cultural and recreational work in written and oral forms (listening, speaking, reading and writing), and interact linguistically appropriately and creatively in all the diversity of social and cultural contexts: during study, at work, at home and at leisure.

2) in foreign languages

owns the basic communication skills in English, German: is able to understand, express and interpret concepts, facts and opinions both in the field of musical education in oral and in written form (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in a corresponding series of social and cultural contexts; has the skills of mediation and intercultural understanding.

3) fundamental mathematical, scientific and technical training

is able and ready to apply the educational potential, experience and personal qualities acquired during the study of mathematical, natural and technical disciplines in higher education, to determine the ways, to control and evaluate the solution of professional problems, the development of mathematical and natural-science thinking.

4) computer

is able to confidently and critically use modern information technologies for work, leisure and communication, has the skills of using, restoring, evaluating, storing, producing, presenting and exchanging information through the computer, communicating and participating in collaborative networks using the Internet in the field of professional activities.

5) educational

possesses basic knowledge in the field of cultural and recreational work, contributing to the formation of a highly educated person with a broad outlook and a culture of thinking; realizes the need for constant training, can find available opportunities; is able to strive and persistently continue to learn.

6) social

knows the social and ethical values based on public opinion, traditions, customs, social norms and to orient oneself in their professional activities;
knows the culture of the people of Kazakhstan and respects their traditions;
knows and respects the foundations of the legal system and legislation of Kazakhstan;
knows the trends of social development of society;
is able to adequately navigate in various social situations;
knows how to find compromises, to correlate his opinion with the opinion of the collective;

to be able to effectively implement the actual tasks of public policy in the process of organizing cultural and recreational activities;
to be ready to organize information and methodical support of the creative and production process in institutions of cultural and leisure sphere;
to be ready to implement technologies of management and marketing in the sphere of cultural and leisure activities,
be able to carry out the financial and economic and economic activities of cultural institutions and organizations of industry and recreation;
to be ready to use legal and normative documents in the work of cultural institutions, public organizations and associations of citizens, realizing their rights to access to cultural values and participation in the cultural life of the country;
to be ready to participate in scientific research of cultural and recreational activities for specific sections (stages, tasks) in accordance with the approved and methodologies;
to be ready to provide advice to specialists in social and cultural activities,be capable of artistic leadership of the club institution, scientific and methodological center, leisure and other similar organizations.

to know the normative and legal documents on the protection of intellectual property and copyright in the sphere of culture, the organization of cultural and recreational activities of the population, ensuring the rights of citizens in the sphere of culture and education;
to be able to use modern information technologies, manage information using business applications, application software packages for modeling statistical analysis and information support for cultural and recreational processes;
is capable of working out scenario-dramatic bases of cultural and recreational programs, setting social and cultural programs using technical means (light, and stage equipment of cultural institutions;
to be ready for the organization of information and methodical support of the creative and production process in cultural and leisure facilities;
to be ready to implement the technology of management and production of concerts, festivals, reviews, festivals and forms of mass cultural and leisure activities;
to be able to generalize and promote the best practices of cultural and leisure institutions for the implementation of the tasks of federal and regional cultural policy;be able to participate in experimental work to collect empirical information, conduct experimental activities and diagnose their pedagogical effectiveness;

to be ready to carry out cultural and educational activities;be ready to carry out applied scientific research of cultural and leisure activities on the basis of studying traditions and innovations in the field of cultural and leisure activities and holidays; the main trends of social, cultural and spiritual development of society;
to conduct diagnostics of the interests and needs of the population in cultural and recreational activities, taking into account age, education, social, national, gender differences.
