The Student Ombudsman is an independent representative who protects the interests of students at the university and monitors the observance of their rights. The Ombudsman reviews students’ appeals and complaints, provides consultations, and helps resolve issues and disagreements arising in the educational process. The Ombudsman works to create a safe, fair, and comfortable university environment for students.
