Sport unites

While students are on vacation, teachers and staff are not sitting idle. This week, the sports club "Sunkar" organized for them the traditional sports contest "Vitality and Health". About 70 people took part in it: from the rector to employees of departments and teachers of almost all departments. Competitions help maintain a healthy lifestyle and strengthen the team spirit of the university community.

Teams of faculties and administrative staff competed in 7 sports. Every day there were competitions in the gyms and swimming pool of the university.

The team of the Faculty of Engineering and Digital Technologies won the palm of victory in darts and tug of war. They also shared the victory in chess, gaining the same number of points, with colleagues from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. FMNS also showed the best result in swimming. Intellectual skills brought the first place in togyz kumalak to the teachers of Agrotechnological Faculty. And the team of administrative and managerial personnel became the strongest in volleyball and futsal games. Spectacular battles did not leave indifferent either athletes or fans!

After summing up all the points for each type, the winner of the competition was determined. It was the FEDT team! The FMNS took the second place. The third place was taken by the FHEL.
