For many years, the RSTL and the NKB have not systematically stopped providing their users with access to the Electronic Library of Dissertations of the Russian State Library (ELD RSL), sometimes being the only library officially providing this information in Kazakhstan.

At the service of your research staff, teachers, postgraduates, undergraduates, students - more than 1,500,000 full-text Russian dissertations and abstracts - a unique chance to realize their capabilities in a new way, reduce the cost of scientific research, form their scientific views taking into account the knowledge gained over decades, save time for obtaining information.

On the official website of the ELD RSL, you can freely access only the full catalog of dissertations and abstracts (with the full text), search for the necessary source.
The RSTL and the NKB, by mutual agreement with the user, can expand the scope of their capabilities and not only provide assistance in the thematic search for dissertations (which is included in the mandatory range of services provided), but also organize an additional (paid) service for obtaining full texts of dissertations directly in the library. The order is executed in the shortest possible time and is carried out according to the approved Price List.

Your employees will be able to order any thematic (according to the EBD of the RSL with full texts or fragments of the dissertation), as well as patent search, systematization of documents that are mandatory elements, both when conducting various scientific developments and when writing candidate and doctoral dissertations.

Being a high-tech library, RSTL and NKB provides services to users remotely.

RSTL is a library with a developed regional network of branches, which allows providing comprehensive service and an individual solution to its users throughout Kazakhstan, therefore, a search order can be carried out by placing it in the branches of RNTB, which are located in large regional centers (www.rntb.kz).
