Currently, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, special importance is attached to the formation of historical consciousness, strengthening of statehood and national identity of the Kazakh people. In the programmatic article of Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev's "Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness" preservation of their culture, national code is considered as one of the conditions for modernization. At the same time, historical experience and traditions are considered as the most important prerequisites for the modernization of Kazakhstani society.
Currently, there are 13 special projects in the republic that are aimed at implementing the priority directions of the Rukhani Zhangyru Program. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan initiated the adoption of 4 more new projects aimed at fostering pragmatism, rational skills, promoting the spiritual heritage, popularizing the examples of Kazakhstanis who have achieved success thanks to hard work.
