On November 26, students of the educational program «Tourism» began to listen to lectures on the discipline "Ethnography of tourist territories" (in English). Classes are taught by Dorin Lozovanu, from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, Romania.

Teachers of the Department of Economics and Accounting took an active part in seminars held by "Nazarbayev University". The presentation "Possibilities of scientific collaboration: identification of promising topics and potential partners" prepared by Shaikin D.N. and Baitenizov D.T. was presented to the attention of Professor Ali At Si Mohammed.

Student scientific society "Progress" became the winner of the competition among the University's SSSs. 

Our 3 teams (students of the specialties "State and local management", "Accounting and audit", "Economics" and "Finance" ) won prizes by participating in the Republican subject Olympiads in Narkhoz (Almaty city): - 1st place in Microeconomics; - 1st place in Macroeconomics; - in the economy of the enterprise - 2nd place.

February 26, 2020 at ENU. L. Gumilyov held an international Olympiad in English among students of non-linguistic specialties.Congratulations to Eugene Migulko, a student of the T-19 group, who took 1st place in this Olympiad.We also congratulate the student of the T-19 group, Dauletov Zhasulan, who was awarded a certificate of gratitude.
