On September 1, 2021, at a joint meeting of the chambers of the Parliament, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev published the annual Message to the people of Kazakhstan "Unity of the people and systemic reforms – a solid foundation for the country's prosperity".The Head of State put forward a number of initiatives aimed at further development of the country in the post-pandemic period, improving the efficiency of health systems, providing quality education, improving regional policy, forming an effective ecosystem in the labor market, political modernization, protecting human rights and consolidating society.On September 9, 2021, the faculty of the SSP Department organized and held an online round table to discuss the President's Address "Unity of the people and systemic reforms – a solid foundation for the country's prosperity". The round table was attended by students of 1-4 courses of the educational programs 6B01801 "Social Pedagogy and self-knowledge", 6B01901 "Defectology" and 6B01906 "Special Pedagogy".During the discussion, the students discussed the priority goals of the socio-economic development of the country for the coming period. The speakers noted the strategic nature of the third Message of the head of state K.-Zh. Tokayev, aimed at implementing systemic reforms in all spheres of public life in the post-pandemic period, which are possible under the condition of the unity of the Kazakh people and interethnic harmony in society.During the discussion, the participants of the round table came to the conclusion that the people of Kazakhstan need to actively participate in solving the tasks set, do not remain indifferent, strive to be better, make their contribution to improving the quality of life of the people of Kazakhstan with their conscientious work.
