Recognition and glorification of traditions

Every year schoolchildren, students, teachers gather under one shanyrak to discuss the issues of traditions and cultural heritage of our state. The 4th International Remote Online Conference "Modern scientific research of the cultural heritage and traditions of the Kazakh people: school science" became such a platform.

Thus the organizers are trying to instill in students respect for the traditions and customs of the Kazakh people. The teachers of schools and universities of the country, employees of the "Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan" Department of Kozybayev University and students of the MBGEI "Secondary school of Karaozek" of the Omsk region took participation in this event.

“In the context of the crisis of traditional values, the preservation of national identity is becoming one of the most topical issues. In this context, cultural traditions and all customs associated with them constitute an important factor in the sustainable development of the young generation, so the issue of preserving the national cultural code is of great importance,” said Sholpan Seksembayeva, director of the MBGEI "Secondary school of Karaozek".

Schoolchildren also distinguished themselves with their research at the event. They touched upon the topics that are relevant today: “The horse is the patrimony of the Kazakhs”, “The “besik” cradle: traditions and modern aspects of existence in Kazakh culture”, “Women's costume complex in traditional and modern Kazakh culture”, etc.

Summing up the results of the work done, emphasis was placed on the revival of national culture and strengthening the role of customs in the education of future generations. The head of the department "Practical Kazakh language" Tatyana Akhmetova noted that Kozybayev University today occupies an important place in the implementation of educational activities in this area.
