The deep socio-economic transformations taking place in modern society make us think about the future of Kazakhstan, about its youth. One of the most effective and expedient means of shaping students' social experience and instilling humanity and moral values is the practice of serving society.
The participation of the younger generation in events that are aimed at the benefit of society, contribute to changing the worldview of the students themselves, satisfy the need for communication and self-respect, realize their usefulness and necessity, develop important personal qualities in themselves.
On April 15, for the purpose of moral and spiritual education of students, through the formation of value orientations aimed at disinterested service to society, the desire for self-improvement and self-knowledge of the teaching staff of the Department of Special and Social Pedagogy of the NKU. M. Kozybaeva organized and held an Olympiad on the subject of "Self-knowledge" - "Good deeds of the heart", among students of educational organizations of the city of Petropavlovsk and North Kazakhstan region.
