Job Fair

In 2022, 79% of Kozybayev University graduates have found a job and started building a career. One tool that has proven effectiveness in employment og young professionals has become job fairs. These events are held annually at the university for graduating students.

This time, the fair was attended by four-year students from the following departments: history, Economics and Low, Mathematics and Natural Science, Engineering and Digital Technology, and Agricultural Technology. More than 920 students attended.

Around 20 employers from Petropavlovsk and NKR have expressed an interest in young professionals. These are factories, departments, agricultural and processing enterprises, insurance companies, banks, real estate agencies, IT firms and others. Students were able to talk to representatives of the companies, leave their CVs, learn about vacancies, requirements and employment criteria.

In order to equip trainees with the necessary practical skills, employers directly participate in the formation of educational programs, hold visiting lectures and become members of assessments commissions. Many of the students have already made themselves known as conscientious and motivated employees during their practical training at the enterprises. All this allows to students to make up their minds as early as during their studies as to where they want to work in the future.
