Pedagogical training for students. New stage

The university held a meeting with school principals of Petropavlovsk, in the framework of which a memorandum of cooperation with the Education Department of NKO was signed.

The document is concluded in three main directions:

1) Pedagogical practice. Through the Memorandum, our students will be officially assigned to the schools where they are interning. At the same time, teachers in charge will be remunerated.

2) Inclusive education. It will be integrated into the profile disciplines of future teachers. Teaching of individual disciplines for inclusion will also remain. Methodological manuals are being prepared, technical conditions have been created, and electronic resources are being targeted for these issues.

3) Vocational guidance work. Activities will be aimed at reducing the outflow of school leavers from South Kazakhstan.

"The project that is being created between the university and the field of secondary education, it is unique. There is no such full-scale, comprehensive project in any region of the country.. What is it for? In order for us to educate our future colleagues on a systematic basis, understanding what our goals are,",- said the head of the Department of Education of the region Nazir Zhashibekov.

In his speech, Chairman of the Board – Rector Yerlan Shulanov noted that the university is interested in the school helping to prepare students of the pedagogical direction for the real tasks they will face in their work. In addition, it is planned to open a pedagogical international educational program with the University of Arizona. This expands the prospects for applicants.

It should also be noted that on the eve of the event, bilateral agreements were signed between the university and specific schools. There are already more than 50 of them.
