A Media ethics training was held

The public association "Kazmediazheli", created from among theorists and professional journalists, meets with young colleagues, conducts master classes, special seminars and trainings. This association also includes our associate professor, head of the Department of Journalism Aysulu Shaykenova. Aysulu Zhaksylykovna gives lectures on media literacy not only in our region, but also in the Akmola region.  This time, the scientist conducted a training for students of her department. 

The topic of this training was devoted to media ethics. Students of the Kazakh and Russian groups of the department were invited to the master class, the event was held in two languages. Aysulu Zhaksylykovna specially invited her Almaty colleague, one of the founders of the Organization "KazMediaNetwork" Baktygul Burbaeva. Also the editor of the local channel "MTRK" Danash Khamzina, who in turn gave a lot of advice to future journalists. The lecturers discussed in detail the topic of media ethics on a theoretical and practical basis. 

Various approaches were used in the training to make it easier to learn the topic. Examples of studying professional ethics were voiced on specially prepared slides and videos. Thanks to the analysis of cases compiled on the topic, a lot of data became known. Baktygul Burbaeva's slides also revealed the topic.

Exercise games were organized for the topic. The participants were divided into 4 groups and competed for the prize. And most importantly, they have deepened their knowledge of media ethics.
