"Prospects for the development of the food segment of the Republic of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries"

A round table is a way of organizing a discussion of issues, the purpose of which is to summarize ideas and opinions regarding the problem under discussion. Within the framework of the “Science Week-2023”, an international round table “Prospects for the development of the food segment of the Republic of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries” was held on the ZOOM platform. Reports were made by scientists of the Omsk State Agrarian University. P.A. Stolypin (Omsk, Russian Federation), undergraduates and teachers of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov (Almaty), students of the State Agrarian University of the Northern Trans-Urals (Tyumen, RF) and teachers of the Department of Food Security.During the discussions, great importance was attached to topical issues of food security, processing of high-quality raw materials, since today the food industry faces a very important task - the production of high-quality products that are competitive both in the domestic and foreign markets. Such events make it possible to share developments and strengthen international cooperation between scientists of higher educational institutions.
