We are working on the employment of graduates

This format, when employers themselves meet with graduates at the university, telling about their vacancies and working conditions, has proved its effectiveness. Students receive first-hand information about the process and remuneration. This week, a meeting of fourth-year students with employees of the Department of the specialized Security Service of the North Kazakhstan region took place.

Erkin Nurushev, Head of the HR Policy Department of the DSSS of the North Kazakhstan Region, spoke about the schedule and employment, requirements for candidates: "The purpose of today's meeting is professional agitation work with students on the selection of vacant positions in law enforcement agencies. The specifics of our work are the protection of state, especially important, strategic objects. In the future, career growth is envisaged".

In total, at the moment, according to the police, there are over 80 vacancies. Applicants are guaranteed a stable salary, paid work leave, provision of uniforms, training in departmental educational institutions.
