As part of the summer school organized by the Agrotechnological Faculty, teachers of the Department of Food Security Il Elena Nikolaevna and Myktabaeva Manshuk Sabitovna held a master class on "Ice cream production technology" and "Soft cheese production technology" for schoolchildren of the 10th grade of the Bilim Zhane Innovation Lyceum. During the master class, the students got acquainted with the importance of the work of a technologist, studied the technological process and gained practical skills in making ice cream and soft cheeses. The master class aroused great interest among future applicants, they asked a large number of questions, which were answered. At the end of the event, a general tasting of the prepared products was held.
