Once I came here full of ideas and energy. I had a big dream – to do something important for people. And this dream was my internal power source. Over the years, I've given my all. We didn't manage to implement everything. A lot of tasks are still in the process. I hope they will be achieved. I have fulfilled my duty as a leader honestly. However, time will give a better assessment of this work and people will give it after. The strength of the collective lies in its unity. I would like to say sincere words of gratitude to all colleagues. You have great potential and a great future!"
