About the vacancies of the Head and Specialist of the Internal Audit Service of NPLC “North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev”

The Board of Directors of NPLC “North-Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev” announces a competition for vacant positions of:

• Head of Internal Audit Service of NPLC “North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev”.
• Specialist of Internal Audit Service of NPLC“North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev”.

Requirements for qualification of the Head of Internal Audit Service of NPLC “North-Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev”:

1) Higher professional education in areas: economics and finance, and/or accounting and audit, and/or financial management, and/or finance and credit, preferably with additional education in information technology, and/or technical sphere, and/or law;

2) Not less than three years' experience in audit, and/or accounting, and/or finance;

3) Experience in a managerial position;

4) Knowledge of normative legal acts of Republic of Kazakhstan that regulate industrial and economic activity of the Company including auditing, accounting and taxation issues;

5) Preferably knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors (The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc), International Standards on Auditing (ISA);

6) Additional special training, namely qualification certificate "Auditor", obtained in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Auditing", and/or certificate in the field of internal audit CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), and/or ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) certificate, and/or Dip IFR (Diploma in International Financial Reporting), and/or CIPA (Certified International Professional Accountant) certificate;

7) Proficiency in the national and foreign language(s) is preferred.

Requirements for the qualifications of the specialist of the Internal Audit Service of NPLC “North-Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybaev”:

1) Higher professional education in areas: economics and finance, and/or accounting and audit, and/or financial management, and/or finance and credit, preferably with additional education in information technology, and/or technical field, and/or law;

2) Not less than two years of experience in audit, and/or accounting, and/or finance;

3) Knowledge of legal acts of Republic of Kazakhstan on the matters of audit, accounting and taxation

4) Preferably the knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and international professional standards of internal audit, developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors (The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc), International Standards of Auditing (ISA);

5) Preferably a certificate and/or qualification in audit, and/or accounting and financial management, knowledge of national language.
