About the admission of documents for external academic mobility abroad and internal academic mobility in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the spring semester of 2023-2024 academic year

From September 12, 2023 opened admission of documents for training on the program of external academic mobility abroad and internal academic mobility in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the spring semester 2023-2024 academic year.

List of documents required to participate in the academic mobility abroad competition:

1) Student’s application form;

2) questionnaire of student;

3) copy of the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) documents on education:

• for the Bachelor's program: a transcript of the current academic progress, certified by the seal of the University;

5) the document confirming the level of foreign language knowledge (the applicant submits one of the following documents):

• a certificate obtained through international systems of foreign language assessment (if there is)
• test results of a Kazakh university (not lower than B2 level);

6) medical certificate (for those going abroad) on the form № 072/y;

7) written consent from the applicant's parents, guardians or legal representatives to travel abroad, if the applicant is under 18 at the time of departure from Kazakhstan

8) document on the composition of the family, to confirm the large number of children in the family of the student;

9) document confirming the absence of parents of the student (for the category of students who are orphans or students left without parental care (if there is);

10) document confirming the student's disability;

11) letter of recommendation;

12) 3x4 photo (2);

13) letter of motivation.

 The list of documents required to participate in the academic mobility competition in the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) Application 2 pcs;

2) ID card;

3) Photo 3x4 (2)

4) Characteristics in two languages (Kazakh and Russian);

5) transcript.

 Documents are accepted until November 12, 2023 in the department of academic mobility, building № 2, room 201.
