Honorary anniversary

Today Professor Anatoly Tomashets accepted congratulations. At an expanded meeting of the Academic Council, the university staff congratulated him on his 85th birthday!

Anatoly Konstantinovich is happy to share his experience and knowledge with young people. He is an example of professionalism and wisdom!

His work experience at his alma mater is over 35 years. For many years he headed the Department of Motor Transport. During this period, the material and technical base was strengthened, the number of practical teachers increased. Under his leadership, hundreds of technical staff were trained for the North Kazakhstan Region and the republic.

Anatoly Tomashets is engaged in research and methodological work. In 2004, he successfully defended PhD thesis at the L. Gumilev ENU. The scientist published 85 scientific papers, received a patent for the invention. 

For conscientious work and a great contribution to the development of engineering education in the region, Anatoly Konstantinovich was constantly honored with diplomas and government awards. He has a badge "For merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan". He was awarded the academic title of docent in the specialty "Transport, mining and construction engineering".
