Seminar "Mamandygym - bolashagym"

22 employees and teachers of Kozybayev University were trained under the “Mamandygym – Bolashaghym” project, including Engineering and Digital Technologies faculty members: Astapenko N.V., Demyanenko A.V., Derman A.L., Zhekeev D.Sh., Kasimov I.R., Savostina G.V., Shakirova M.A. Shashkina I.S. They received the appropriate certificates and now, together with specialists from key industries, they will be able to begin developing a Regional Personnel Needs Map. This will allow us to identify promising professions from among the priority sectors of our region, forecast changes in the labor market of the North Kazakhstan region and, based on this, update the educational programs of students. The participants of the seminar took an intensive course for 5 days using the foresight research method 1. Their work was based on in two directions: “collector-analyst” and “moderator”.
