About the competition for the vacant position of the Kozybayev University

Kozybayev University announces a competition for the replacement of vacant position of:

• General manager of the Bursar's Office 
  

Requirements for the position – higher education (or postgraduate), work experience in the educational organization in a managing position for at least 5 years.

Job responsibilities: To participate in the development and ensure the implementation of the Community's strategic objectives within the competence of the division; To carry out high-quality and timely fulfillment of the goals and objectives set by the employees of the division, as well as labor discipline; To carry out timely formation and maintenance of a students' electronic database on the basis of an educational grant of the Community in the information system "Accounting and monitoring of repayment of state educational and student loans, guarantees for educational loans" in the subsystem "Scholarship" jointly with the Registrar's Office, etc.

Required documents for participation in the competition: 

A person working at the university and applying for participation in the competition provides:

1) application for participation in the competition;

2) the development strategy of the faculty (deans), prospects for the development of the department (directors / managers) in the form of a presentation of no more than 5-7 slides.

A person who does not work at the university and is applying for participation in the competition provides:

1) application for participation in the competition;

2) autobiography, presented in any form;

3) copies of educational documents;

4) a copy of the employment record (if there is) or the employment contract, or an extract from the orders on the admission and termination of the employment contract from the last place of work;

5) a certificate of health status in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 "On approval of forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations";

6) a certificate on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person.

7) the development strategy of the faculty (deans), prospects for the development of a department (directors / managers / chief managers) in the form of a presentation of no more than 5-7 slides.
