An international student scientific seminar on the topic "Cultural Linguistics aspects in the modern world."

On November 09, 2023, within the framework of the Quality Week, the senior teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages   Sheveleva N.P. and Ismagambetova L.Sh. held an international student scientific seminar on the topic "Cultural Linguistics aspects in the modern world." The purpose of this seminar is to bring one of the most pressing issues of modern society for open discussion - this is the interaction of language and culture. This seminar was attended by students of various universities of the city of Petropavlovsk as the Academy of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan Higher Medical College, Higher College named after M. Zhumabayev, as well as for the first time students of 2-3 courses of Omsk State Pedagogical University. For this event, 10 reports were prepared and presented, which aroused great interest of the audience with numerous questions. According to the jury, in the person of the senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages   Shtro O.G., Novoselova O.V., Stepanenko V.G., the following places were awarded to the reports:
1st place - Aram - 2nd year, M. Zhumabaev Higher College, head Mambetova D.S.
2nd place - Dmitrieva Elizavetta - 3kurs, OmGPU, head Smagin I.L.
2nd place - Bespalova Margarita, Vyunova Amina - 3rd year Higher College named after M. Zhumabaev, head Zavertyaeva I.V.
3rd place - Kutushev Taimas - 1st year of FITZT, SKU named after Magzhan Kozybaev, head of Ismagambetov L.Sh., head. "Foreign Languages."
3rd place - Gorbunova Ulyana, Kospanova Saltanat, 1st year, FIEP, M.Kozybaeva SCU, head of Ismagambetova L.Sh., head of the fund. "Foreign Languages."
3rd place - Nazhmutdinova Kristina and Mukasheva Adelia, 2nd year Higher Medical College, leaders Ritter E.S., Karabelnikova A.I.
This seminar was held at a high methodological level and was highly appreciated by the PPS of the Academy of NG RK, IC of the Higher Medical College, Higher College named after M. Zhumabayev, as well as a high assessment of the organization and holding of this event was given by the PPS OmSPU.
