Improving corporate management efficiency

Certificates were presented at the University to KU Management Board members and Board of Directors, as well as heads of structural divisions who received training in corporate management and sustainable development in higher education institutions from the QAZAQ PROFI Training Center LLP.

Its goals are to enhance corporate management at the university, improve the work quality of the Board of Directors, the Management Board, build an internal control and risk management system, and implement a sustainable development system. The audience was told about the specifics of corporate governance in the NPLC, the separation of powers of the Management Board and the Board of Directors to ensure their effective interaction, the specifics of labour regulating of corporate officials and others.

Much attention is paid to internal audit and control over the activities of the Board of Directors and the Company's development strategy, development plan, budget, ESG factors, and international standards in the field of sustainable development. In total, 23 representatives of the management staff were trained.
