Herzen State Pedagogical University under the project of grant financing of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan IRN AR19678852 "Formation of competencies for continuous professional development among students and graduates of the Pedagogical Sciences direction in the conditions of academic independence of the university" Associate professor of the Department "Special and social pedagogy" Alpysbaeva M.B. and senior lecturer at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Primary and Preschool Education Ualieva N.T. we studied the experience of foreign colleagues in the implementation of continuous professional development of teachers and students. Also, members of the Kazakh research group during meetings with Pisareva S. A. (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor), Tryapitsyna A.P. (Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor), Primchuk N.V. (Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor), Akhayan A.A. (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor), Novitskaya V.A.
