Environmental education and awareness classes
Students of group Ecol-21-k from the Department of Geography and Ecology — Madina Kurmanova and Shynar Baigabul — conducted environmental education and awareness classes for 10th–11th grade students of the “Magzhan Zhumabayev IT School-Lyceum” within the framework of the course “Comprehensive Environmental Practicum.” The topic of the class was highly relevant to modern environmental issues and sparked great interest among the school students. During the session, the students actively asked questions and received detailed answers. In addition, the university students carried out career guidance activities, introducing the school students to the work and academic programmes of the Department of Geography and Ecology.
