Announcement regarding the acceptance of documents for receiving material (charitable) assistance for employees who have lost property as a result of a natural disaster
JSC "SKU named after M. Kozybayev" notifies employees whose property has been lost as a result of a natural disaster about the acceptance of documents until June 1, 2024, to receive material (charitable) assistance.
List of documents to be attached to the application:
- Copy of the identification document of the affected person (in cases of loss or destruction of such a document due to a natural disaster, or during the liquidation of a state of emergency - temporary identification issued by the internal affairs authorities);
- Application from the employee (or from their representative with power of attorney);
- Certificate of ownership or belonging to real estate, issued by the State Corporation "Government for Citizens";
- Marriage certificate (if the property owner is a spouse);
- Certificate confirming the flooding of real estate (issued by the local executive body).
