Round table

«История отечества через призму истории «малой родины» - this theme was discussed by representatives of Petropavlovsk's archives, museums, library, scientific center and public association, also by the teachers of regional schools, NKSU at the round table in the HEI.

Today the task of historians ofthe country is to revive an objective historical picture, and also to research the regional history carefully. The scientists of our HEI have been working on the local history's problems, a rich scientific resource has been collected.

In general 8 reports were heard on actual historical themes for the region at the event. All materials, stated in activities of the round table, will be favoured the development of a new directions of studying the domestic historial science.
