Prevention Through Sports and Education

A sports and educational event was held at the university in honor of World AIDS Day. The event brought together students from our university, local colleges in Petropavlovsk, and representatives of the Youth Resource Center. The event began with an interactive lecture led by specialists from the North Kazakhstan AIDS Center. Participants learned about the impact of HIV on the body, common myths surrounding the virus, and effective prevention measures.

Following the lecture, students took part in a relay race, sports activities, and team games. By combining educational and athletic formats, the organizers aimed to highlight the importance of health awareness and leading a conscious lifestyle. The event was further enriched by performances from local sports and creative groups, adding to the dynamic atmosphere.
