The intellectual game "Legal Experts" took place at the Dvorets Shkolnikov in Petropavlovsk, bringing together prosecutors from the North Kazakhstan Region and students of Kozybayev University. The event aimed to identify highly qualified specialists, assess their legal knowledge and competencies, and promote continuous study of current legislation.
For our students, such competitions offer a unique opportunity to engage with the legal profession, interact with future colleagues, test their skills, and make a name for themselves. A total of four teams, each with 12 participants, competed in the tournament, including practicing prosecutors and fourth-year students of the "Jurisprudence" program. The game featured three rounds: "What? Where? When?", "Blitz", and "Case Study".
"This event is part of a cooperation memorandum between Kozybayev University and the North Kazakhstan Regional Prosecutor's Office. The students themselves expressed interest in participating, demonstrating their enthusiasm for professional networking. Such events have a significant impact: they allow students to showcase their abilities, establish direct contacts with prosecutors, and potentially secure internships leading to employment," said Amazat Zhikeev, Member of the University’s Board for Social Affairs.
The jury included government representatives and faculty members from Kozybayev University. After an engaging set of interactive challenges, Team No.1 "Themis" emerged as the winner. Congratulations! We look forward to continuing our cooperation!
