Students from the Faculty of History, Economics, and Law have received personalized scholarships!
On April 17, 2026, a solemn ceremony was held at Kozybaev University to award personalized scholarships dedicated to the legacy of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. The event was attended by students from the Faculty of History, Economics, and Law, as well as representatives of the scientific and cultural communities in Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
The event was organized by the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan at M. Kozybaev University. The ceremony aimed to promote cross-border cooperation, strengthen intercultural dialogue, and popularize the literary heritage of the great poet.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Rustam Sergeevich Gerasimchuk and Chairman of the Board of the Omsk Regional Public Organization "Center of Russian-Kazakh Friendship named after Ch. Valikhanov" Makhabbat Gabdulgapparovich Kopturov delivered welcoming speeches, emphasizing the importance of cultural interaction and support for talented young people.
As part of the ceremony, the results of the essay competition on Pushkin's works were announced. The winners were: I place - Karlygash Karataeva and Pavel Lysenko, II place - Anastasia Razanova. The key event was the presentation of individual scholarships to the student scientific community activists of the ANK Department: Chingiz Shitkanov and Georgy Komarov.
The creative program of the event included performances by student groups, recitations of Pushkin's poems, theatrical scenes from the novel "Eugene Onegin," as well as musical and dance performances. Special attention was given to the synthesis of cultures, with performances of Russian and Kazakh traditions, including translations by Abai Kunanbayev.
