STUDENTS' ESSAY CONTEST "kAZAKHSTAN'S WAY TOWARDS "GREEN" ECONOMY: WHAT KIND IS IT?"

From14 February till 14 March students' essay contest "Kazakhstan's way towards "Green" economy: what kind is it?" will be hold. For participation students in 16-24 ages of specialized secondary and high education institutions are invited.

For participation it is necessary to write essay on the above theme in Kazakh or Russian and send by greenkaz.kz@gmail.com. In email-a to point out surname, name of participant. The essay's size is 1-3 pages, written in the Microsoft Word editor, print's type is Times New Roman - 12, fields - higher and lower - 2 cm, left - 3 cm, right - 1,5 cm. File's title: Surname. Name. Patronymic. After the text of the essay to specify a full name, year of birth, the city, a place of training, e-mail, contact phone.

Deadline for reception of the essay - on March 14, 2014 inclusive. Winners will be declared on April 4 on a site of organizers.

The main criteria for assessment of the essay are innovative approach, originality of thinking, analytics, knowledge of a subject and ability to reflect on it.

The commission will be headed by the Deputy of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rewarding of winners will take place within the Civil Summit within the VII Astana economic forum on May 21-23, 2014 in the Independence Yard. Winners will receive Certificates of honor of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also other honourable prizes.

Regulations on the contest
