External audit

From March 31 till April 2, the external audit of the quality management system (QMS) was passed in higher education institution on compliance to the ISO 9001 standard.

The quality management system of NKSU was certified by an association "Russian Register" in 2005. Since then, annually experts of association carry out an inspection on confirmation of conformity certificates.

This year Lyudmila Pan visited the higher education institution as the expert. She carried ou audit at 5 structural departments, at 3 faculties and atInstitute of language and literature. There were any non-conformities on the audit results. Efficiency of operating QMS and its full compliance to requirements of the standard were confirmed.

Updating of certificates by validity period the next three years will be result of this check.
