Surveillance audit

In order to test the quality management system in NKSU named after M. Kozybayev to ISO 9001:2008 from 18 to 20 March in our university there was annual inspection audit. Expert of Certification Association «Russian Register Eurasia» Lyudmila Pan conducted it.

Improvement of documents quality and records management, the introduction of information systems, improving of information exchange between departments were evaluated by the expert as the main improvements of the university.

At the final meeting, she thanked everyone for hard work and noted that only two minor nonconformities were made, one of which had already been corrected during the audit. There were not found any serious violations, but minor issues will be corrected in the process.
