Sports Club held a championship in chess among teaching staff
on 6-7 October Sports club "Sunkar" of our university conducted a personally-team championship in chess among the teaching staff of the NKSU named after M. Kozybayev dedicated to the Teacher's Day, which was attended by 5 teams.
After a hard fight the first place was shared by Natural Sciences and Sports and Information Technologies faculties, the third place went to the Institute of Language and Literature.
In the individual competition winners were: S.V.Pashkov, associate professor of the department "Geography and Ecology" among men, E.V.Shevchuk, Head of Chair "Information Systems" among women.
Congratulations to the winners and we wish adequately address the regional competitions, which will be held next summer.
