The Job Fair "Graduate-2016" was held at the university

The main forms of university graduates employment are employment on the basis of practices, the distribution of students on the basis of the available positions, independent employment of students, employment through the "Graduates Fair".

The traditional annual fair "Graduate-2016" was held in M.Kozybaev North Kazakhstan State University on May 13, 2016. The purpose of the Job Fair wass to optimize the interaction between "university's graduate - employer".

46 representatives of enterprises and organizations of Petropavlovsk and NKO in the fair. The following organizations were among them: JSC "PZTM", JSC "Factory named after S.M.Kirov", JSC "SEVKAZENERGO", LLC "Bars-Nord", JSC "BankCentreCredit", JSC "Munaymash", JSC "Atameken-AGRO", LLC "Molsoyuz", Board of Education of NKO, Department of Education of NKO, Internal Affairs Department of NKO, Administrator of Courts of NKO, Civil Service Office of Department of the Ministry for Civil Service Affairs of Kazakhstan on NKO, Office of coordination of employment and social programs of NKO, Office of Agriculture, House of Entrepreneurs, "Center of Youth Initiatives", Office of Internal Policy.

The Job Fair was preceded by a forum. Forum was opened by the Rector of M. Kozybayev NKSU U.B. Ashimov. He reported the main directions of university activity on employment and wished employers the implementation of human resources needs of young professionals and graduates to determine the place of future employment in their field. The following persons made reports in the forum: the head of Civil Service Office of Department of the Ministry for Civil Service Affairs of Kazakhstan on NKO E.F.Stepanenko, the deputy chief of Personnel Office of IAD of NKO D.H.Leontyev, the graduate of History, economic and law faculty, the holder of the scholarship of the Fund of the First President of Kazakhstan-Nation Leader E.S. Starostina, the graduate of Natural sciences and sports faculty, the holder of the scholarship of the Fund of the First President of Kazakhstan-Nation Leader S.Zh.Tursunbayev, the graduate of Musical and pedagogical faculty, the holder of the scholarship of K. Skryabin D.S.Baturinets, the graduate of Institute of language and literature, the holder of the scholarship of M. Zhumabayev A.S.Kadyrmenova.  

The job fair was started up in the foyer of the building №1. Employers showed their presentations of companies, enterprises and organizations. In the course of presentations it was covered aims, objectives, functions of enterprises and organizations, the organizational structure, vacancies and others, there were banners of organizations, it was handed out materials in the forms of booklets and brochures, graduates had opportunities to interview with employers and to define a job place and position.

Stands with information about specialties and graduates’ achievements of this year were prepared for employers. Representatives of organizations, companies and enterprises took part in the questionnaire, in which answered not only questions on vacancies and also on offers of this action development. The fair had an extensive media coverage. It was tv channels as “Perviy Severniy”, “Kazakhstan-Petropavlovsk”, “Parasat” and magazines as “Severniy Kazakhstan”, “Soltustik Kazakhstan”.

On the result of the fair 100% of graduates of programs “Pre-school education and teaching”, “Defectology”, “Psychology”, “Mathematics”, “Agronomy”, “Design”, “Mechanical engineering”, “Instrument making” and “Chemistry” employed.
